E-Register

e-Register is the Estonian Central Register of Securities (henceforth the central register) electronic environment of services, which can be used by companies as well as private persons and through which the data about shares in the central register can be accessed.

To gain access to the environment, you need authorization – either using the ID-card or through the Internet bank.

Registration of company

According to Estonian Central Register of Securities Act all Estonian joint stock companies (aktsiaselts), including companies in the stage of establishment, have the obligation to register their shares in the central register administered by Estonian CSD.

Registration of shares in the central register by a private limited company (osaühing) is voluntary.

Admission to trading of OÜ Finora Capital bonds on Nasdaq Baltic MTF First North

Listing and Surveillance Committee decided on April 27, 2015 to approve the application  and respective appendixes of OÜ Finora Capital and to admit the bonds to trading on MTF First North operated by NASDAQ OMX Tallinn AS. The first trading day of OÜ Finora Capital bonds is May 4, 2015.

All NASDAQ OMX Nordic and Baltic exchanges will implement T+2 standard settlement on 6 October 2014

NASDAQ OMX exchanges in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm have previously announced that they will introduce a T+2 standard settlement cycle as of October 6, 2014. The current standard settlement cycle is three days.
